Casey joined York Developments in 2003 as a project manager and licensed real agent in Florida. Casey has broad experience as a project principal for multiple asset types across the country. He manages the entire lifecycle of an investment from site selection, market analysis, financial modeling, entitlement, permitting, capital placement, design and construction. Casey has been vital in the launch of the Spacebox Storage platform, as well as Big Bay Lake, and now spearheads all new real estate investment in the Mountain West region.
